1. Order Confirmation is automatically generated, but Starland Sdn. Bhd. has every right to reject the order, subject to availability of the items (anything under 24 hours, might incur additional service fee).

2. Menus are subject to availability upon date of confirmation

3. Confirmation of order must be made 1 working days prior to event.

4. Confirmation is upon receipt of full payment. No other methods will be recognized as a confirmation of order.

5. Menu is subject to availability on date of confirmation

6. In the event of postponement or cancellation of event after confirmation – the following will be chargeable:
– Any cancellation is not refundable. Total order value is fully creditable to Starland Sdn. Bhd. to be utilized for future events within 1 year
– less than 48 hours prior to event non refundable or creditable.

7. Starland Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to CANCEL the order with NO refund if there is no response from the client 30 minutes AFTER the delivery time timeframe has passed.

8. Starland Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to charge extra for last minute delivery.

9. Should the runner has to wait for more than 15 minutes after reaching the drop off location, the client will charged RM 5 for every 15 minutes for up to 1 hour.

10. Starland Sdn. Bhd. will not be liable for any orders that encounter delivery issues due to wrong delivery address or contact number given by the client.

11. Every set/package/mealbox has a limit for each day therefore ALL set/package/mealbox are available on a first come first serve basis, and no order is confirmed until a confirmation email has been sent by official Starland Sdn. Bhd. email.

12. Starland Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change menu/package items with prior notice due to unavailability of items.

13. Delivery orders are only confirmed when Starland Sdn. Bhd. acknowledges the complete payment of the order.
